Gift-with-Purchase Promotion

• Customer is eligible to receive 1 x complimentary session of Maternity Photoshoot worth $150 as a gift-with-purchase product (“GWP Product”) for orders placed on ThomsonNutri.com during the period of 13 May to 12 June 2024, subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
• GWP Product is provided by Big Shot Photo Studio (registered under 9DOORS (S) PTE LTD Company Registration No. 201829170Z).
• Applicable with purchase of a 35-Day or 28-Day Lunch & Dinner Confinement Food Package, and while stocks last only. 
  
• Customers must opt in and add GWP Product to cart at point of purchase to be eligible for the free gift. We regret that we are unable to entertain requests to opt in to receive the GWP Product after point of purchase.
• Customer agrees that if they do not opt in for the GWP Product at point of purchase, there will be no deduction to the Package pricing.
• By receiving the GWP Product, customer agrees to the use and disclosure of your personal data to Thomson Nutri and its subsidiaries and related companies, for the purpose of processing orders, applications, transactions and requests, and communication for Thomson Nutri and third party partners.
• GWP Product is non-transferrable and not exchangeable for cash or any equivalent value.
• GWP Product is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase of Thomson Nutri Confinement Food Package.
• By redeeming the GWP Product, customer agrees to indemnify Thomson Nutri against all liabilities, damages, claims, costs (including legal fees and costs), and expenses in connection with or arising from your use of this GWP Product.
• GWP Product is automatically void upon termination of your Thomson Nutri Confinement Food package.
• Customer who has redeemed the GWP Product and subsequently terminates the Thomson Nutri Confinement Food package will be charged $150 in addition to the Confinement Food termination fee(s).
• Thomson Nutri reserves the right at its absolute discretion to extend or terminate the Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any customer and the dates of the Promotion.
